Gastronomy

I love

Here, good food is more than a tradition – it’s an institution!

During your stay in the Basque Country, you’ll be able to taste the famous “piment d’Espelette” chilli pepper, the delicious “gâteau Basque” cake or the renowned “Jambon de Bayonne” ham. In the Landes, you’ll discover traditional local produce such as “magret de canard” (duck breast), asparagus, kiwi fruit or “foie gras”. You can of course also cross the border into Spain and experience the atmosphere in the tapas bars of San Sebastian.

Unique, traditional tastes and flavours, what taste buds were made for!
